In the unlikely event that your gift is damaged in transit, defective or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately; so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 We accept order cancellation 2 days prior to the scheduled delivery date. Orders that are already prepared, dispatched or in transit can not be cancelled or refunded.
